Ingredients


  • 250 g Halloumi
  • 2 large whole wheat tortillas
  • 4 Tbsp Hummus
  • 60 g arugula
  • 1 tomato
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • A little lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions


  • Slice the halloumi and fry it in a pan until golden brown on both sides. No extra oil is needed.
  • Wash the tomato and cucumber, then cut them into thin slices.
  • Warm the tortillas slightly so they become soft and easy to fold.
  • Spread 2 tablespoons of hummus onto each tortilla.
  • Add the arugula, tomato, cucumber, and grilled halloumi.
  • Season with a little lemon juice and pepper.
  • Roll the wraps tightly and serve immediately.
