Halloumi Wrap

Ingredients
250 g Halloumi
2 large whole wheat tortillas
4 Tbsp Hummus
60 g arugula
1 tomato
1/2 cucumber
A little lemon juice
Salt and pepper
Instructions
Slice the halloumi and fry it in a pan until golden brown on both sides. No extra oil is needed.
Wash the tomato and cucumber, then cut them into thin slices.
Warm the tortillas slightly so they become soft and easy to fold.
Spread 2 tablespoons of hummus onto each tortilla.
Add the arugula, tomato, cucumber, and grilled halloumi.
Season with a little lemon juice and pepper.
Roll the wraps tightly and serve immediately.
