Since this dish is a bit richer, simply make the other meal of the day lighter (for example, a fresh salad with raw veggies, some turkey meat, ham or legumes).

Ingredients


  • 500g wholewheat pasta
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic
  • 120g cream cheese
  • 4 Tsp parmesan cheese
  • 400g cherry tomatoes
  • parsley
  • pepper and spices of your choice

Tips


Serve with a green salad or rocket salat.

Salt does not need to be added extra, because the Parmesan cheese is already very salty.

Instructions


Cook the pasta in boiling salted water.

Heat a little bit of olive oil. Press and fry the garlic.

Reduce temperature, add sour cream and stir.

Halve the cherry tomatoes and add them.

Add 4 Tsp Parmesan (or other cheese).

Season with pepper and spices.

Round off with fresh parsley and serve.
