Serve with a green salad or rocket salat.
Salt does not need to be added extra, because the Parmesan cheese is already very salty.
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water.
Heat a little bit of olive oil. Press and fry the garlic.
Reduce temperature, add sour cream and stir.
Halve the cherry tomatoes and add them.
Add 4 Tsp Parmesan (or other cheese).
Season with pepper and spices.
Round off with fresh parsley and serve.
