Ingredients


  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • Salt
  • Cinnamon
  • 200g wholemeal spelt flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 150ml milk or plant-based milk alternative

Instructions


• Peel the banana and mash it with a fork
• Whisk together the sugar, eggs, a pinch of salt and cinnamon
• Mix the flour and baking powder
• Add to the batter, alternating with the milk
• Add the mashed banana
• Add oil to the pan and cook the pancakes
• Top with fruit, compote, chocolate, etc.
