Ingredients


  • 150 g whole wheat flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g grated carrots
  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 packet of baking powder

Tips


Add nuts or dark chocolate chips for extra texture

Instructions


• Mix all the ingredients until you get a smooth batter.
• Divide the batter into muffin molds.
• Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20–25 minutes.
