On the packaging of the seeds it says how long the seeds need to be soaked and how long the germination period is.
Soak the sprouting seeds (about 2 tablespoons) in the sprouting jar, pour off the water and rinse the seeds well.
Turn the jar upside down on the support to allow the remaining water to drain off.
Then rinse the sprouts thoroughly twice a day, especially to avoid mould formation.
The ideal conditions would be no direct sunlight and 18°C to 22°C.
