Ingredients


  • 650g fresh tomatoes
  • 150g red bell pepper
  • 400g cucumber
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons wine vinegar
  • 1 slice white toastbread
  • ½ onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • Salt and pepper
  • Paprika
  • Fresh basil, chopped
  • Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions


  • Grill the bell pepper and peel.
  • Peel, wash and roughly chop the vegetables.
  • Blend all ingredients.
  • Adjust seasoning and add water for consistency if needed.
  • Serve chilled, garnished with basil and chopped parsley.
