Ingredients
650g fresh tomatoes
150g red bell pepper
400g cucumber
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons wine vinegar
1 slice white toastbread
½ onion
1 clove garlic
1 tablespoon brown sugar
Salt and pepper
Paprika
Fresh basil, chopped
Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
Grill the bell pepper and peel.
Peel, wash and roughly chop the vegetables.
Blend all ingredients.
Adjust seasoning and add water for consistency if needed.
Serve chilled, garnished with basil and chopped parsley.
