Ingredients
- 60g creamy peanut butter
- 3 tsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp rice syrup
- 1 pinch of vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
- 80g instant oatflakes
- 30g chocolate chips
- 30g sweetened dried cranberries, chopped
- 30g walnuts, finely chopped
- 3 tbsp finely shredded desiccated coconut
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together and form into balls (or bars).
Chill in the refrigerator.
You can also freeze them.
