Ingredients


  • 60g creamy peanut butter
  • 3 tsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp rice syrup
  • 1 pinch of vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt
  • 80g instant oatflakes
  • 30g chocolate chips
  • 30g sweetened dried cranberries, chopped
  • 30g walnuts, finely chopped
  • 3 tbsp finely shredded desiccated coconut

Instructions


Mix all ingredients together and form into balls (or bars).

Chill in the refrigerator.

You can also freeze them.
