Will keep for 4-6 days in the fridge.
The fruit puree that remains after straining the liquid can be mixed with fruit compote or honey and used again (in porridge, yoghurt, smoothies, etc.).
Peel the ginger and cut into thin slices.
Core and quarter the apple.
Squeeze the juice from the oranges (makes about 400g).
Squeeze the juice from the lemons (makes about 80g)
Chop the ginger in a blender.
Add the apple, 400g orange juice, 80g lemon juice, turmeric, pepper and honey and puree.
Pour the ginger and orange mixture through a sieve into a hot rinsed bottle (approx. 0.5 litre) and serve or store in the fridge.
