My pizza was topped with leftovers:
1 Lightly grease a large bowl.
2. Mix the water, sugar, yeast, flour, olive oil and salt and knead the dough for 2 minutes.
3 Shape the dough into a ball, place in the prepared bowl, cover with cling film or a tea towel and leave to rise until doubled in volume (approx. 1 hour).
4. Preheat the oven to 200°C
5. Knead the pizza dough, roll out and shape into a heart.
6. Top as desired.
7. Serve with a salad.
