Ingredients


  • 200g smoked tofu
  • 1 onion
  • 2 Tsp rapeseedoil
  • 1 Tsp yeast flakes
  • vegetable drink (soy, almond, oat,...)
  • 1 knife point tumeric
  • salt and pepper
  • smoked paprika powder
  • 2 slices of ryebread

Instructions


Finely chop the onions.
Dab the smoked tofu with a paper towel and crumble into coarse pieces with a fork.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onions.
Add the tofu and fry, stirring occasionally (4-5 minutes).
Add the yeast flakes, turmeric, salt, pepper and paprika powder.
Then add 75ml vegetable drink (soy, almond, oat,…) and let it steep for another 2-3 minutes on low heat.
Toast the rye bread and top with the scrambled tofu.
Add fresh herbs if desired.
