Mushroom and blue cheese toast

  • 300g button mushrooms
  • 2 slices of wholemeal bread
  • 1 glove garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 10g butter
  • 40g double cream
  • 40g blue cheese
  • pepper
  • fresh parsley


Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the minced garlic and onion.

Add the sliced mushrooms.

Fry until golden brown.

In the meantime, toast 2 slices of wholemeal bread.

Add the double cream and blue cheese.

Garnish with fresh parsley.

Season and enjoy.
