  • 250g smoked salmon filet
  • 1 avocado
  • Pomegranate
  • Spring onion
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 dash of mango vinegar
  • 2 Tsp olive oil
  • 1 Tsp grated ginger
  • Salt and pepper
  • Fresh coriander

Instructions


Cut the smoked salmon filet, mango and avocado into small cubes.
Add pomegranate.
Add spring onion rolls.
Season with lime juice, olive oil, mango vinegar, grated ginger, salt and pepper.
Garnish with fresh coriander.
