Ingredients


  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp oil
  • 300 g celeriac, in pieces
  • 200 g apple, washed and quartered
  • 600 g vegetable stock
  • 80 g vegetable cream
  • Salt, pepper, turmeric
  • 1 pinch of sugar
  • Lemon juice
  • Parsley

Instructions


Heat the oil in a pot. Fry the onion until translucent.

Add the celeriac and sauté. Add the apple and the vegetable stock.

Simmer for 15 minutes.

Blend.

Add the vegetable cream.

Season with salt, pepper, turmeric and garnish with parsley.
