• Melt the chocolate using a double boiler (bain-marie).
• Meanwhile, fill the dates with peanut butter and 1–2 peanuts, then gently close them.
• Using a fork, dip the stuffed dates into the melted chocolate, then place them on a rack or a plate lined with parchment paper.
• Let them set in the refrigerator.
