  • 75g frozen cauliflower
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tablespoon shelled hemp seeds
  • 1,5 tablespoons nut butter
  • 250ml oat milk
  • 1 shot espresso (30ml)

Instructions


Add everything to a high-speed food processor or blender and blitz until completely smooth.
