Potatoe crackers with green dressing

  • 1 avocado
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 1 chilli
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 125ml water
  • 125ml olive oil
  • salt
  • 60g pistachios
  • 4-6 potatoes
  • salt and pepper


Microwave chips (see recipe on the website) are also suitable.

The dressing can be kept in the fridge and used for vegetables, salad, etc.

The recipe can be served with other finger foods: chicken wings, tofu sticks, mozzarella sticks, aubergine sticks (all lightly breaded),…


Cook the potatoes in salted water. Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Then flatten and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Season with salt and pepper.

Bake in the oven at 180°C for 30 minutes.

Mix all the ingredients for the dressing.

Dip the potato crackers in the dressing and enjoy.
