  • 50g almonds
  • 50g mixed nuts
  • 50g pumpkin seeds
  • 300g oat flakes or spelt flakes
  • 50g linseed
  • 50g sunflower seeds
  • 40g sesame seeds
  • 30g coconut oil
  • 200g honey
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon


Preheat the oven to 160°C.

Line a baking tray with baking paper.

Chop almonds, nuts and pumpkin seeds.

Add the oat or spelt flakes and stir in the linseed, sunflower seeds and sesame seeds.

Heat coconut oil with honey in a saucepan and melt. Add the cinnamon and pour over the muesli. Mix everything together and bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes.

Leave to cool on the baking tray and store in a storage jar.
