Ingredients


  • 140g oat flakes
  • 50g speltflour
  • 1 Tsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 200ml half skimmed milk or any alternative (without added sugar)
  • 1 egg
  • a little bit of butter
  • fresh mango or any other fresh fruit

Instructions


Finely chop the oatmeal (this step is not strictly necessary).

Add flour, sugar and baking powder.

Add the milk and egg and beat to get a smooth dough.

Leave to rest for 10 minutes.

Melt the butter in the pan and prepare pancakes.

Garnish with mango or any other fresh fruit of your choice and serve.
