  • 2 Tsp roasted onions or 1 sliced red onion
  • 1 glove garlic
  • 220g drained canned chickpeas
  • 3 Tsp flour
  • 100g sun dried tomatoes
  • 1 handful of coriander (or parsley)
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • salt
  • mustard
  • bun
  • sliced apple
  • sliced cooked beetroot
  • salad


Place the garlic, drained chickpeas, flour, salt, the oil from the jar of sundried tomatoes, sun dried tomatoes (you can take as many as you like) in a powerful food processor and mix until the mixture comes together to form a thick, chunky mixture.

Add the coriander (or parsley) and blend again.

Add the onions. once mixed through, form patties.

Place a large pan over a medium-high heat and add a dizzle of olive oil. Cook the patties for 5 minutes on each side until cooked through.

Put your burgers together by adding some mustard, salad, apple slices and beetroot slices.
