  • 100g banana
  • 100g frozen raspberries
  • 1 handfull spinach
  • 1 Tsp chia seeds
  • 1 Tsp protein powder (I took hemp protein powder)
  • 30g porrdige oatflakes
  • 1 tsp chocolate powder
  • 250ml milk

You can take any alternative to milk.

This shake contains 20g of protein.
