Ingredients
- 100g banana
- 100g frozen raspberries
- 1 handfull spinach
- 1 Tsp chia seeds
- 1 Tsp protein powder (I took hemp protein powder)
- 30g porrdige oatflakes
- 1 tsp chocolate powder
- 250ml milk
Tips
You can take any alternative to milk.
This shake contains 20g of protein.
