This breathing technique is very calming and harmonising.
You can do it either standing or sitting.
Do as many cycles as you like and feel comfortable with.
Stand with your legs hip-width apart and straighten your spine.
Close your eyes.
Inhale and raise your arms up to your sides until your hands touch above your head.
Exhale and bring your hands down to your navel.
Pause for a moment before starting the next cycle.
