  • 4 bananas
  • 1 egg
  • 250 ml milk (1,5%)
  • 200g wholemeal flour
  • 50g chocolatenips

Instructions


  • Preheat the oven to 175°C (top/bottom heat).
  • Grease the muffin tins.
  • Mash the bananas, mix together all the wet ingredients (bananas, milk, egg).
  • Add the wholemeal flour and mix well.
  • Carefully fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared tin and bake for about 50–60 minutes.
  • Check on the muffins after about 50 minutes with a toothpick: if it comes out clean, the muffins are ready.
