Ingredients
- 4 bananas
- 1 egg
- 250 ml milk (1,5%)
- 200g wholemeal flour
- 50g chocolatenips

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 175°C (top/bottom heat).
- Grease the muffin tins.
- Mash the bananas, mix together all the wet ingredients (bananas, milk, egg).
- Add the wholemeal flour and mix well.
- Carefully fold in the chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared tin and bake for about 50–60 minutes.
- Check on the muffins after about 50 minutes with a toothpick: if it comes out clean, the muffins are ready.
