Grate the potato (with or without skin) into very fine slices.
Line a plate with baking paper and spread the potato slices on it. Make sure the plate is microwave safe.
Sprinkle the spices on top and bake the potato slices for about 5-10 minutes at about 900 watts in the microwave.
Check after 5 minutes and depending on the result, you can bake them longer.
Let the finished crisps cool briefly and then remove them from the baking paper and enjoy them.
