Place the soft dried mango in a powerful food processor.
Add the apricots and blend until a thick mixture comes together.
Add the seeds, nuts, almonds, oats and chia seeds and mix together until it sticks together. Eventually mix with your hands.
Put the mixture in a loaf tin and place in the fridge to set for at least 1hour.
Once the mixture holds its shape, cut into small bars.
You can store in the fridge in an airtight container up to a week.
