Do you have problems to go to the toilet regularly?

Try a relaxing abdominal massage once a day.

You can make it before going to sleep.

Take 5 minutes for your massage.

Put yourself in a relaxed position, flat on the back  and put the right hand at the height of the belly button. Strike  now clockwise circularly around the navel. Switch between light and stronger pressure. Make sure to always perform the strokes with your whole hand. A slow, flowing sliding motion should occur.
